Inventory Sync and Management

After your products are published on Temu, you need to bind the inventory SKUs so that Linnworks can synchronize the inventory to Temu regularly for updates, to prevent overselling (overselling is not allowed on the Temu platform, and if you fail to fulfill orders due to overselling, you will receive some penalties). To avoid unnecessary penalties, please make sure to turn on the inventory synchronization switch and match the SKUs. The following will explain how to match SKUs.

Step 1: Go to the Channel Integration page, select the SKU list icon, and open the SKU matching page

Step 2: In the pop-up panel, link the SKUs sold on TEMU to Linnworks.

  • The left column shows all products sold on temu, including active and inactive status.

  • The right side shows all your inventory SKUs in Linnworks.

  • By clicking the Link button, match the Temu SKUs to Linnworks.

  • Check if the inventory sync is executed as expected

Step 3: Finally, check if the inventory switch is turned on

Q1: What should I do if Temu SKUs are not synced to Linnworks? A: You can go to the Channel Integration page, click Edit, and select Download listing to re-pull all Temu SKUs.

Q2: The Temu SKU information displayed is Temu's own SKU, not Linnworks' SKU A: In the latest version (expected to be released on about April 25), we have fixed this issue. For users who have already configured mapping relationships, there will be no change. If you want to display Linnworks' SKU code as the Temu SKU, please contact us for support.
