How to Set Up Shipping Service
The logistics service providers accepted by Temu must be within the specified range, because the names of logistics service providers in Linnworks can be customized. Therefore, when you complete the shipment, Temu may not know which of the logistics service providers accepted by Temu your customized name should correspond to. Therefore, you need to match the relationship between the logistics service providers of both parties. Here are the configuration steps:
Step 1: Go to the Channel Integration page and open the "Carrier Configuration" pop-up window

Step 2: Add all the logistics providers you are using, along with their corresponding Temu names, in the pop-up window.
Step 3: Click Save to complete the configuration

Please ensure that all configurations are complete.
You can also choose to directly modify your carrier name to a carrier name recognized by Temu (which must be consistent)

The above is the usual solution, and after the configuration, Temu will receive the correctly mapped logistics provider. However, there may still be special cases where the above configuration fails.
There are situations where the same logistics provider is used but different logistics services are employed: it is common to encounter products with different delivery times from the same service provider, such as different delivery time options provided by Royal Mail.
Special Linnworks configurations may cause the above logistics provider configuration to fail.
Since Temu only accepts logistics provider information when shipping, but Linnworks supports setting to the logistics service dimension, it will require a special mapping relationship.
We have provided additional information in the Temu Seller Center, where you can make settings to prevent shipping failures. In terms of logic processing, we will treat this configuration as a priority option. Once Linnworks initiates a shipping request to Temu, we will read this configuration and proceed with the shipping operation for the order
Step 1: Go to the Third party shop in the Seller Center, find Linnworks, and click "View Details" to enter the app configuration

Step 2 : Add or edit the mapping relationships for the bound logistics providers. You can add multiple instances of the same logistics service. The left side shows the logistics providers accepted by Temu, and the right side shows all the logistics services you have set up in Linnworks.
